Be Prepared To Be Shocked

Recently at a seminar a speaker said "Good service is so rare nowadays, you're shocked when you get it".  If you work with Georgia Seid for your real estate needs, be prepared to be shocked.When preparing to list our home we interviewed three realtors.  We selected Georgia for several reasons.  First, she was always on time for each appointment.  She demonstrated an in depth knowledge of the present market status.  The portfolio of marketing material she displayed impressed us.  Probably the most important thing, she listened to our specific needs.  In short she projected professionalism.

Already Living In Colorado

With the invaluable help of Ms. Seid, we were able to sell the house in less than a month.  This was in contrast to our unfortunate experience with another realtor who tried, unsuccessfully, for serveral months.  Futhermore, unlike the previous broker, Ms. Seid spent more than the necessary time and resources to provide proper visibilty thru newspapers and other media over and above the customary marketing tools used by other realtors.
